✨Embodied Flow isn’t a dance class.
It’s a homecoming!!

It’s easy to live in survival mode when life demands so much of us. We hold it together, we push through, we perform “fine.” Having an outlet, a space safe enough to actually express what’s underneath all that holding, is a GIFT!

There’s no “right” way to move here. No steps to memorize, no mirror to check yourself against. Just you, the music, and permission. Permission to feel whatever moves through you and let your body answer it honestly.

I want you to hear the words in these songs like they were written for the parts of you that forgot. The parts that forgot how powerful you are. The parts that forgot your worth was never up for debate. Music has a way of reaching what words alone can’t, and when you stop performing and start feeling, something in you reconnects.

This isn’t me guiding your steps.
This is me holding space while you come back to yourself.
Come as you are.
Move how you need to.
Let it out, let it in, let it flow.

🌟Right before I stepped up onto that bar for the first time in a performance reminded me of a conversation we’d had a while back when I told her I was unsure if I even belonged in this company. She told me that watching me thrive since then has been an inspiration to her. A full circle moment I didn’t see coming. It was a powerful reminder that if you love something, don’t let the fear of feeling like an amateur or an imposter at first keep you from doing it.

Shoutout to y’all are talented, hardworking, courageous, and an absolute pleasure to work alongside. 💜
And major respect to the girls pulling off tricks on the bar in HEELS …the skill, the strength, the nerve. Truly impressive. 🔥

📍 New Location Alert — Mondays at 6PM!
Starting in June, I’ll be teaching at Rumbon Dance Studio on Mondays at 6 PM! This is an exciting new chapter and I’m so glad to be bringing the party to a new space. Come sweat, smile, and dance it out with me — I’d love to see your faces there!
🔴 Red Dragon Saturdays are NOT going anywhere!
We’re still keeping it going at Red Dragon on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month! STARTING AT 10AM (30 mintues earlier for the summer months) Same energy, same good vibes — just show up and be ready to move!
