Infused Fitness and Dance Cooperative is a collective group of dedicated individuals all participating in the effort of focusing on holistic health, fitness, dance, movement, and education. Our goal is to provide the space for a variety of Classes and Workshops to help promote: wellness, protection, and care of your Body, Mind and Spirit.
