The LDF Fitness Center will be closing at 4:30PM on Friday, February 21st. Due to staffing conflicts, we apologize for any inconvenience this my cause.
We will be back to normal hours on the following Monday.

Due to inappropriate behavior, the Fitness Center will be enforcing the policy that no one under the age of 18 will be allowed to use the facility and identification will be required. This policy may subject to change in the future.

The LDF Fitness Center will be open from 6:00am to 4:30pm on Friday, March 29th in recognition of Good Friday. As for Monday, April 1st we will be closed due to the Easter holiday.

Take a look at the newest addition to our facility here at the LDF Fitness Center!
This is a CETOOM Multi-Functional Bench. For safety purposes, the maximum weight capacity for this bench is 300 pounds. This bench is designed for multiple workouts that target most major muscle groups including back, chest, glutes, hamstrings, and core. If you have any questions or concerns on how to use this bench, don't hesitate to ask one of our staff members to assist you!
