💪 Station Rotation is coming soon to Panamatan/fitness with Brittany Godfrey!

Join us every Tuesday from 6:30–7:30pm for a full body workout that keeps you moving & having fun! You’ll rotate through different stations, each focusing on a different exercise or muscle group. Expect a mix of strength, cardio, core, balance, and endurance.. no boring workouts here!
