To our amazing community,
As many of you know, Southern Colorado is experiencing severe drought conditions, and along with the slower season, we're making a few temporary changes to help conserve resources while continuing to serve you the same great food you know and love.
Beginning now, we'll be serving our lunch menu all day from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Our full dinner service will continue Friday through Sunday, and we're still happy to accommodate dinner requests during the week whenever possible—just give us a call at 719-999-2008 and we'll do our best to make it happen.
You'll also notice that we're using paper plates during daytime service. This small change helps us reduce water usage by limiting dishwashing and is one way we're doing our part during these challenging drought conditions.
Most importantly, our commitment to quality hasn't changed. The same fresh ingredients, care, and attention go into every meal we serve. The only thing changing is how we're serving it during the day.
These adjustments are temporary, and we'll return to our regular service as conditions improve.
