Damien/St Lucy's/PC Road, Mountain Bike & Triathlon Racing Teams The teams are made up of students from Damien, St. Lucy's, and Pomona Catholic High School students. We're part of the SoCal High School Cycling League.

Road, Mountain Biking and Triathalon Teams are technically three separate groups but we've combined their info here to make updates easier. The Damien HS Biking Club was started in 2012 by a group of students and faculty that wanted to get outside, ride and have some fun. We got on long rides (typically on road bikes) a few weekends each month. The Damien HS Mountain Biking Team started in the 2013-14 school year. Practices start December 1st at least 3 days a week and races start in February.

🚵‍♂️ Mountain Bike Racing Team Information Night 🚵‍♀️

Interested in joining the Damien / St. Lucy’s / Pomona Catholic Mountain Bike Racing Team? Come learn what the team is all about as we head into our 15th season racing in the SoCal League!

The team is open to students in grades 6–12 from our local community and high school students from Damien, St. Lucy’s, and Pomona Catholic.

No racing experience? No problem. We welcome new riders of all ability levels, and rental bikes are available for students who don’t have their own bike yet.

Parents and riders will learn about practices, races, team expectations, equipment, costs, the SoCal League, and what makes high school and middle school mountain biking such a great experience.

And yes… pizza will be provided! 🍕

Come meet the coaches, learn about the program, and see if mountain bike racing is for you.

The Bonelli Trial Association hosted another trail building day and the Damien HS Road/Mt Bike Racing Team, Glendora MTB and Claremont HS MTB Team all came out and spent their morning creating and cleaning up the trails. New switchbacks were added, a tunnel cut through large overgrown trees and about half a mile of singletrack was cleaned up. It's awesome to see how these SoCal League teams can work together to create something awesome. Huge thanks to Brent Feller for organizing the association and Bonelli for allowing us to improve the trails!
