Hearts And Heartaches A competitive and fun competition for CrossFit athletes hosted at CrossFit La Verne. 1 Man & 1 Woman per team. 3 WODs. 1 Floater. 2 Divisions. FEB. 7, 2015

CrossFit La Verne is hosting our second annual CrossFit competition on Saturday, February 7, 2015. Teams consist of one man and one woman (romantic OR platonic) with two divisions: RX or Intermediate. Competitors will push through 2 Workouts and 1 Floater - these events will be announced as the competition gets closer. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams in each division. We welcome all

of you (friends, family, and other gyms) to stop by our event to cheer these athletes on! We also welcome our fellow CrossFitters to bring their A-game to our competition - Register by JAN. 24, 2015. REGISTER HERE: heartsandheartaches.eventbrite.com

A BIG thank you to everyone who made Hearts & Heartaches 2015 a fun and successful competition! We had a blast watching all the athletes out here giving it their all. Couldn't have done it without the help of our judges, volunteers, friends and family who volunteered their entire day to CFLV! Spectators!! There is limited space available for easy ups / chairs so come early! Also, come prepared for some amazing vendors including Drink Ur Greens, Lorna Jane, Kneadz Work, Bowl of Heaven, Taco Truck, WOD Gear, Power Nutrition, RoM Apparel... CFLV will also have a snack stand and apparel for sale!
