With the New year approaching I know many are setting resolutions to get not only your body in better shape but to improve overall health in general. There's only a four week difference between these two pictures. The bottom I was eating mostly what I wanted with no kind of set meal plan. The top is after following a meal plan with set portion amounts. No special supplements or fat loss products because honestly they just aren't effective.
