It’s almost Fall, y’all! 🍂🍁🥮🧘‍♀️🧘👨‍🏭🌵🏜️
September is right around the corner even though that’s hard to believe!
Youth Yoga will resume Monday September 7 at its usual 4pm time at Gather in Old Town La Quinta.
We hope to welcome new friends and families so please spread the word. 🙏👌👯‍♀️🕉️
Ages 4 and up.
Drop off or stay to join your yogi and bond through breathing, movement, and mindfulness. It’s simply the best way to begin your week!
We offer scholarships and financial aid to anyone in need.
Yoga is meant to be accessible and our youth so deeply benefit from the tools of this ancient practice. 🪷💜

Happiest birthday to a this strong warrior goddess- ever the thinker and the feeler, always putting others first even as she learns the value of also choosing her Self.
I love to celebrate you any day but especially on this sacred day of your birth!
It’s been a fabulous and wild ride so far- a lot of twists and turns and big drops on this roller coaster but now we are smoothly gliding towards the bliss that comes with awareness, the Yamas and Niyamas, loving kindness and moving towards moksha.
Happiest of bdays to you, Jen.
You are so cherished by me, our community, and your family.
