Create your own Dopamine Menu 🤩 Sharing mine for inpso 🤍 hehe. What’s one thing you’d put on your dopamine menu?

Instead of automatically reaching for my phone when I feel overwhelmed, bored, or stuck... I keep a list of small things that actually help me reset.

When we do this, we teach our brain to respond intentionally! 🧠🥰

It’s not about being productive all the time. It’s about making it easier to choose what genuinely fills your cup instead of what just distracts you.
