Toby putting in the work on one of the most overlooked parts of training: proper warm-ups.

Many people assume shoulder pain is just something they have to live with as they get older. In reality, a lot of shoulder discomfort can be improved by strengthening the muscles that support the joint, improving mobility, and preparing the body correctly before exercise. Simple movements like banded, external rotations can go a long way toward building, healthier more resilient shoulders.

For years, exercise was viewed as something you “should” do. Today, the science is clear: strength training and regular exercise are no longer optional. If you want to maintain your health, independence, mobility and quality of life as you age. This isn’t a “nice-to-have” habit— it’s a NECESSITY.
