The purpose of any experimental exercise is to prove if it works for the problem area. Try this for 12 weeks. 3x30 per side with glute bands and ankle weights together if you have them.
Tag us but take before and after. We need to find the exercise that works for the hip dips.

It’s constant, but whomever perseveres this daily battles are the ones who make a difference. But does it ends? NEVER! Because as long as the is life. Challenges will get on your way. Keep pushing, keep winning, keep remembering why you started and how you feel after your workout.

1. Fast weight loss for competition
2. Fats weight loss for an event
3. Progressive Weight loss
4. Transformative Weight Loss
1 will come back as soon as the competition ends.
2 will bounce back as soon as you stop following the meal plan
3 is more sustainable because you are replacing it with muscle
4 takes years because you need to adapt to a new life style. But last forever if you never go back to your old self.
