Unsolicited but important advice:
🥧 EAT THE PIE and ENJOY THE FOOD 🍗
There. I said it. Maybe this isn’t what you expect to hear from a fitness coach, but it needs to be said.
Restriction and moderation can happen throughout the rest of the year, but today let’s love our families, love our bodies, and love the food that has been lovingly prepared for (or by) YOU.
SAY + REPEAT these phrases:
✨ My body is a GOOD body and it has been GOOD to me
✨ WHAT I eat does not define WHO I am
✨The number on the scale doesn’t measure the size of my heart
✨ I am capable of loving myself and others at any size
✨ Happy choices are healthy choices
