Alcohol is prohibited

Areas of pier may not be reserved.

All areas on pier are available on a first come, first serve basis

Casting nets are not allowed on pier

Fish cleaning is not permitted on pier

Glass containers are not allowed on pier

No running on pier or sitting on top rail

No sunbathing or lounge chairs / grocery carts allowed on pier

Patron must display wristband when requested by an authorized agent of the concessionaire, City of La Por

te, or Harris County

Pets (except service animals) are not allowed on pier

Refunds will not be issued for any reason

There is a 2 rod limit per patron

Umbrellas are permitted unless pier is crowded, or impeding fishing
