MARYLAND Long Course State Championship 🔱

We are so proud of this group! Our LC States crew has been grinding since last September. Eleven months of discipline, training, and racing takes dedication. These swimmers didn’t just coast through their last meet of the 25-26 season, they absolutely knocked it out of the park!! We may have seen the highest PR percentage of any State meet ever! Congratulations to all of our SMDA Tridents who qualified to compete last weekend at the PrinceMont Swim League All Stars Championship meet! It was great to see so many of you racing at the highest level for your Summer teams! We even had two individual event winners- Sarah O in the girls 15-18 50 Back and Audrey P in the girls 13-14 100 IM. Well done ⭐️☀️

It was fantastic to catch up with so many of our swimmers at the 40th annual Charles County Championship swim meet!! Our Tridents represented their various PMSL Summer swim teams as they went head to head in pursuit of victory. We’re proud to say that SMDA swimmers captured 27 individual event wins in addition to two relay wins that were made up of all Tridents. Congratulations to the following athletes on your CCC titles:
