All games are at 1pm on the Field of Dreams, Laurel Springs Park, La Plata.

I’ve had several new inquiries about the program. If interested, message me or simply show up at one of these games and we’ll get your player on the field.

Please keep our teammate John Wayne Boswell and his family in your prayers.  They have now lost two precious family members within the last couple of months. RIP to both Shirley and Buddy. 😔💕

Its with a heavy heart that we make notice of the passing of one of our beloved members, Shirley Boswell. She has gone to be with her husband, Mister Buddy.

Please keep Shirley, Buddy, their family and extended family in your thoughts and prayers.

The 2026 Bambino Buddy Ball Spring season came to a close today. We had a great turnout and despite the heat, we played a great game. I remain in complete awe of these players and the resilience that they display not only on the field, but in their everyday lives. This year was by far the biggest show of progress across the board since I started coaching (I think this is year 6).  Every single player, walked up to that plate with undeniable confidence and determination, displaying incredible improvement in their own way. Way to go!!! A special Thank you to Charles County Youth League - CCYL, CCYL Wolfpack 11U Travel Baseball Team, Charles County Volunteer Rescue Squad, EMS 51 and University of Maryland Charles Regional (Craig Renner) for your help this year. I’m excited to see what the Fall season brings. Everybody have a safe and enjoyable summer and I will see you in September. 🥎💕🥎

Thank you to the Charles County Rescue Squad for coming out yesterday. An extra special thank you for assisting one of the spectators who ended up needing your help. The Bambino’s can’t wait for you to come back.
