We set our standards high by offering instruction that is never competitive and always encouraging, and disciplining with a “positive attitude” and leading by example. specializes in fun gymnastics, dance and yoga programs for children, ages 18 months to 12 years of age. Our program is unique in that we come to your child care center/after-school program in the DC/MD/VA area and provide our own eq

uipment. Our certified and safety trained instructors offer your children lots of high-energy fun while learning the art of gymnastics, dance, and yoga. Our class size is between 8 to 12 children per class, with individual attention and close supervision.
