This is why we need to tell the pitchers brain, you...need to open first then push. Although in true life it is done in unison.
Your hips and your shoulders should stay in sync. They should open and close In unison and stay together. This also opens up the shoulder joint area and this also recruits the core.
Try keeping your shoulders closed, square to home plate and feel the resistance at the top of your circle in the shoulder rotator cuff area as if going to pitch underhand.
Open your shoulders and hips towards third base dugout and rotate your arm in a 360° underhand circle. And now the resistance at the top of your circle is totally gone. This is your brain telling you to open. No picture came open and close to early no one to soon. And the faster the better. Which now increases the arm circle speed. And your arm speed better be fast enough to beat your hips and shoulders closed towards home.

I do not believe that you and I are built to bend our feet and ankles “shoe laces down”!!!
Adolescence joints are extra sloppy while growing up so therefore they can do this and cause harm and are not aware of it!

FYI- food for thought, stay safe

Scientists say exercising outdoors in the age of coronavirus comes with many more risks than previously thought. Walkers, runners, and cyclists should maintain large distances between one another — up to 66 feet in some cases — to avoid spreading the virus to one another. Social distancing guide...

> * A good read!

The virus is not a living organism, but a protein molecule (DNA) covered by a protective layer of lipid (fat), which, when absorbed by the cells of the ocular, nasal or buccal mucosa, changes their genetic code. (mutation) and convert them into aggressor and multiplier cells.
>
> * Since the virus is not a living organism but a protein molecule, it is not killed, but decays on its own. The disintegration time depends on the temperature, humidity and type of material where it lies.
>
> * The virus is very fragile; the only thing that protects it is a thin outer layer of fat. That is why any soap or detergent is the best remedy, because the foam CUTS the FAT (that is why you have to rub so much: for 20 seconds or more, to make a lot of foam).
>
> By dissolving the fat layer, the protein molecule disperses and breaks down on its own.
>
> * HEAT melts fat; this is why it is so good to use water above 77 degrees Fahrenheit for washing hands, clothes and everything. In addition, hot water makes more foam and that makes it even more useful.
>
> * Alcohol or any mixture with alcohol over 65% DISSOLVES ANY FAT, especially the external lipid layer of the virus.
>
> * Any mix with 1 part bleach and 5 parts water directly dissolves the protein, breaks it down from the inside.
>
> * Oxygenated water helps long after soap, alcohol and chlorine, because peroxide dissolves the virus protein, but you have to use it pure and it hurts your skin.
>
> * NO BACTERICIDE OR ANTIBIOTIC SERVES. The virus is not a living organism like bacteria; antibodies cannot kill what is not alive.
>
> * NEVER shake used or unused clothing, sheets or cloth. While it is glued to a porous surface, it is very inert and disintegrates only
> -between 3 hours (fabric and porous),
> -4 hours (copper and wood)
> -24 hours (cardboard),
> - 42 hours (metal) and
> -72 hours (plastic).
>
> But if you shake it or use a feather duster, the virus molecules float in the air for up to 3 hours, and can lodge in your nose.
>
> * The virus molecules remain very stable in external cold, or artificial as air conditioners in houses and cars.
>
> They also need moisture to stay stable, and especially darkness. Therefore, dehumidified, dry, warm and bright environments will degrade it faster.
>
> * UV LIGHT on any object that may contain it breaks down the virus protein. For example, to disinfect and reuse a mask is perfect. Be careful, it also breaks down collagen (which is protein) in the skin.
>
> * The virus CANNOT go through healthy skin.
>
> * Vinegar is NOT useful because it does not break down the protective layer of fat.
>
> * NO SPIRITS, NOR VODKA, serve. The strongest vodka is 40% alcohol, and you need 65%.
>
> * LISTERINE IF IT SERVES! It is 65% alcohol.
>
> * The more confined the space, the more concentration of the virus there can be. The more open or naturally ventilated, the less.
>
> * You have to wash your hands before and after touching mucosa, food, locks, k***s, switches, remote control, cell phone, watches, computers, desks, TV, etc. And when using the bathroom.
>
> * You have to Moisturize dry hands from so much washing them, because the molecules can hide in the micro cracks. The thicker the moisturizer, the better.
>
> * Also keep your NAILS SHORT so that the virus does not hide there.

I / we Beverly, Doug Finch ...until the good Lord calls me away from this world to the next, I want to make it clear that I believe in Jesus Christ as the True Lord and Savior. Despite the fact that I am human, and I fail a lot, I believe that Jesus is the Son of God, who was sacrificed on the cross, died for our sins and rose from the dead 3 days later. He loves us all dearly (far more than we deserve) and forgives our sins when we say we are sorry and turn to Him. His Word says: "who so ever believeth in Me , will be granted eternal life.”

This is the best challenge I / we have seen on Facebook, so if the Holy Spirit moves you and you’re not ashamed-just copy, replace my name with yours, and make this your status update.
Can I get an amen for being a believer in The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit?

Seen before, but worth repeating. 🇺🇸

An Obituary printed in the London Times.....Absolutely Dead Brilliant!!

Today we mourn the passing of a beloved old friend, Common Sense, who
has been with us for many years.

No one knows for sure how old he was, since his birth records were long
ago lost in bureaucratic red tape. He will be remembered as having cultivated such valuable lessons as:

- Knowing when to come in out of the rain;
- Why the early bird gets the worm;
- Life isn't always fair;
- And maybe it was my fault.

Common Sense lived by simple, sound financial policies (don't spend
more than you can earn) and reliable strategies (adults, not children, are in charge).

His health began to deteriorate rapidly when well-intentioned but overbearing
regulations were set in place. Reports of a 6-year-old boy charged with sexual harassment for kissing a classmate; teens suspended from school for using mouthwash after lunch; and a teacher fired for reprimanding an unruly student, only worsened his condition.

Common Sense lost ground when parents attacked teachers for doing the
job that they themselves had failed to do in disciplining their unruly children.

It declined even further when schools were required to get parental
consent to administer sun lotion or an aspirin to a student; but could not inform parents when a student became pregnant and wanted to have an abortion.

Common Sense lost the will to live as the churches became businesses;
and criminals received better treatment than their victims.

Common Sense took a beating when you couldn't defend yourself from a
burglar in your own home and the burglar could sue you for assault.

Common Sense finally gave up the will to live, after a woman failed
to realize that a steaming cup of coffee was hot.
She spilled a little in her lap, and was promptly awarded a huge settlement.

Common Sense was preceded in death,
-by his parents, Truth and Trust,
-by his wife, Discretion,
-by his daughter, Responsibility,
-and by his son, Reason.

He is survived by his 5 stepchildren;
- I Know My Rights
- I Want It Now
- Someone Else Is To Blame
- I'm A Victim
- Pay me for Doing Nothing

Not many attended his funeral because so few realized he was gone.
If you still remember him, pass this on. If not, join the majority and do nothing
