Hello friends and family! City of La Mirada offers a variety of classes!

We have Zumba, Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Step, and Strong by Zumba.

In addition we also offer weight classes and mobility classes.
Don't matter your level of fitness, we have a class for you.

Weather you want to dance for fun, tone up, lower your numbers, stop taking medication, deal with depression and or anxiety.....we have the class for you.

Sign ups are going on now, classes start March 16th.

LETS GET HEALTHY TOGETHER!!!
