Squats โ all kinds. And okay, not technically a lift, but pushups too. Iโll complain about them, but Iโve worked really hard on my form and Iโm proud of it (it took a long time!).

Iโm stronger. Iโm more consistent. My mindset has shifted to focusing on strength movements instead of just cardio. And now when someone compliments my shoulders, I take it as a huge win.
