Let's take two taboo terms...
"S*X" and "MAGIC"

Now let's put them together...
S*X MAGIC(K)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
(I like to add the 'K' at the end because it more closely represents my style of practicing & teaching, based off of Aleister Crowley's definition of the word).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My work is all about taboos. I have been practicing s*x magick silently and literally in the shadows before I even knew that I was doing it consciously.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Beautiful imagery and desires would come to me while I stroked myself, even as a little girl. Call it reverse s*x magick if you will. I like to call it 'pleasure magnetism', because I don't necessarily climax every time or go in with an intention. The intention sometimes just reveals itself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It doesn't take much to access the benefits that s*xual energy offers me (and onto others, as a ripple effect happens once that energy is ignited!)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You can experience it too, and perhaps you already have... unconsciously.

So imagine what could unfold if you practiced s*x magick consciously & with intention.

My absolute favorite manifesting technique is...

💫 S*X MAGICK 💫

For me, s*x magick means in simple terms, harnessing your s*xual and erotic energy in an intentional way.

With that said, s*x magick is not limited to in*******se or s*xual acts between two people. This practice is available to anyone and can be practiced single, partnered, or in a sacred group container!

How exactly?
>> Integrate your intention with the feelings you experience while cultivating erotic energy.

In my practices I focus on desires that are true to the heart, do not interfere with other peoples' lives, and deepen the connection between consciousness and sacred s*xuality.

Archetypes serve as wonderful opportunities to step into all parts of yourself, shame-free.

You may uncover parts of yourself from the depths of your subconscious that you never knew existed.

There are a wide spectrum of archetypes for women, including the commonly known Child, Goddess, Priestess, Maiden, Martyr, Wild Woman, Crone, Seductress, and many more.

Yet, archetypes should not be limited to these! I look at archetypes as a chance to play.

As a chance to be bold and yell, cry, stomp, laugh, and seduce back your power.

Not to mention the fun that can be brought into the bedroom with yourself or a lover. Role playing, anyone?

And archetypes go even deeper than that, as they provide safe outlets to express tied up emotions or suppressed truth from relationships and past wounds.

Just a few photos of two banks burnt completely to the ground in my hometown, La Mesa, California. Another small business was burnt as well. All buildings in town covered in boards due to windows smashed.

I could try to write a pretty series of statements to explain how much I care, which I truly do, and I also know that I have a tonnn of due diligence to do before I can make an educated statement on this topic.

What I do know is this. Watching George Floyd plead for his life was all I needed to feel the fire under my ass to get started somewhere. Not social media posts on the topic, not the protestors, not the violence.

The energy I feel in many social media posts I see are not inspiring me to change. Acting from a place of obligation or "shoulds" just isn't gonna create lasting change, period.

Lasting change is contingent on feeling true compassion and empathy and doing our absolute best to understand from others' perspectives. This includes ALL perspectives. We must attempt to remove ourselves from our own perspectives, constantly. This is a lifestyle choice, a mindset choice, if you will. Once I have the knowledge I can't just turn a blind eye to it, this is exactly why I flipped my lifestyle and went vegan six years ago. If I can place myself in other species' shoes and understand those suffering without a voice, I can certainly do so for those with a voice.

With that said, I am doing my own personal work behind the scenes and researching books and coaches that educate in these areas to better serve POC and marginalized communities and individuals. My aim is to bring in more compassion and activism into my work as a coach from a standpoint that goes beyond what I know now, which currently I will admit is very little. Owning now that I desire to do better and will. @ La Mesa, California

I'm not perfect, but I do care.

Sometimes I spread myself thin.
Either in work, or in my mentality.
I had 3 planned events last year that rivaled a ghost town.
Those 3 events of no-shows shattered my confidence.
I questioned everything I was doing and saying.
I forfeited plans to run a retreat this Spring before Covid 19 had the chance to do so for me...
It took a lot of battling with my body and brain but ultimately by body won--the timing didn't feel right. I desired to helped someone on a deep level before leading a whole retreat. I had to swallow my pride and realize that it's okay to change my mind and still feel shame and failure. I am still okay.

Sometimes my engagement on here sucks. And of those sometimes, many I do take personally.
Sometimes a response I put a lot of thought into when someone reaches out with a question gets left on read, and again I return to my work on not taking it personally.
Sometimes I really struggle with getting out of a low mind state and still don't do the practices I teach and preach. Then I feel like a liar and a fraud.
I wake up almost every morning feeling like I have mountains to climb and will never be successful. When I go on social media and see that other women are where I desire to be, it feels like 100lbs of weight have been added to my hike up those mountains.

Yet every time, despite all this...
There's one thing I always know to be true.
I do care.

No,
I haven't had a 5 figure launch.
I don't know what a sales funnel looks like.
I hate email so I don't bother with it.
I don't use a service to grow my IG.
I don't always know what the f**k I'm doing.
Usually I don't know what the f**k I'm doing.

But I do care.
I want to know about YOU. What's going on in your world? Are you happy in your own skin? Are you happy in your relationships? I want more conversations on social media. Not more quotes. I want more stories, less figures proving worth. I want you to know me as an anchor. When you think of me, I want you to feel safety rush all over your body.

I want you to know I care.

So tell me, what area of your life right now needs a little more care?
