I’ve got floods of eagerness and energy for educating and coaching others through Pilates to lead fit, active lifestyles- all though a whole lot of enthusiasm and flare. One of my repeated reminders in this profession is that we instructors are “the caregivers to the caregivers.”
It is my privilege to refill the cups for those who are learning how to put themselves first, who physically need their strength to lift or provide care for others, and those who are the leaders who inspire many how to be their best.
It is an honor to provide you with the individual love and attention you’ve earned and at times denied yourselves. You are your godhead and temple and worthy of health, happiness, and the best that life has to offer.

I had a pleasant and unexpected surprise this week! I was contacted by the and honored by being presented with a “Best Of” award for 2023- recognized for the categories of Personal Training and Pilates. ☺️
As fun and tickled I am to be recognized- being able to announce my success to my kids takes the cake. They’ve been first hand to witness a lot of hard work and diligence. I’m in a great place with my career and sharing that success with them and having their support along the way means the world.

Announcing my partnership with drPilates in the gorgeous downtown La Mesa. ✨💚
I’ve linked arms with this pristine new studio to coach Private Sessions as well as host and jump in to sub group classes.
This summer I participated in “Injuries and Special Populations” training through Stott Pilates and it’s been a game changer. My focus has been on individuals pre/post-surgery, cancer remission, injury recovery and postural alignment based on past injuries, repeated movements and current level of fitness.
