1. Contact Lens Pose 👁️ Lying on your back, legs and arms lifted, block squeezed between your hands. Hold 30-45 sec, 3 rounds. (It’s called contact lens pose because your eyes might pop out of your head. You’re welcome.)
2. Figure 4 Crunch 15-20 reps each side, 3 rounds. Your obliques will have feelings about this.
3. Dolphin Plank 🐬 15 reps, 3 rounds. A classic for a reason.
