La Jolla Fit Offers specific workouts designed and tailored to each individual needs and desires. Aerobic fitness, core strength, rehabilitation yoga and functional movement are just of the few possibilities incorporated into sessions. packages are available thru the trainers. Group Classes:
La Jolla Fit offers small group classes (4-6 people) focusing on core stabilization a
nd strength. These classes will use the reformer, GTS, TRX and other equipment to promote functional movement. Payment for classes is either $30 for a drop in or one can purchase the entire month of a single class for $20/Class

Coaching Triathlon, running, biking
Michelle Schwartz is available for coaching services for any triathlon distance (Sprint / Olympic / 70.3/ Full Ironman) all running events and cycling races and riders. Coaching services will the individuals with daily workouts designed according to the planned event the individual is performing. All workouts utilize training peaks software, which allows workouts to be easily accesses thru your emails. Constant monitoring is done by the coach as you accomplish your goal Fee $150/month
