Ryan Lennard - Athletic Development/ Personal Trainer

Ryan Lennard - Athletic Development/ Personal Trainer Specializing in Youth and High School athletic development. Ryan is a San Diego native that has grown up leading a healthy and active lifestyle.

Competing in a variety of sports as a child, he found a true passion for combat sports as a teenager. Finishing his High School Wrestling career as a C.I.F. Champion, Ryan has continued to coach Wrestling and train Mixed Martial Arts, as well as run the Strength and Conditioning Program for La Jolla High School. Ryan has worked with NCAA Student Athletes at both UCSD and UCLA. In addition, he has

taught Upper Division Kinesiology courses at SDSU. His training experience ranges from large outdoor bootcamps, to private individual training. Having worked with Youth, College Athletes, and Senior Citizens as well as wide range of individuals with injuries or disabilities, he continues to deliver the most efficient workouts available today. A graduate of SDSU with a B.S. in Kinesiology-Emphasis in Fitness, Nutrition, and Health, he is a regular guest speaker at his Alma Mater. Ryan holds certifications with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal Trainer and USA Weightlifting as a Level-I Performance Coach, as well as the National Federation of High School-Certified Coach.
