Whether you’re a mom, grabdmother, guardian, mentor, or someone who’s offered love and support like a mother, stop by our FREE event for a special treat and well-deserved appreciation.

Thursday, May 14 from 6:30-7:30pm | Parent & Teen E-Bike Safety Workshop
In partnership with Rady Children’s Hospital, Injury Free Coalition, & UC San Diego School of Medicine, we invite parents & teens to join our FREE interactive workshop on E-Bike safety practices.

Tuesday, May 19 from 4-5:30pm | Member Appreciation BBQ
Join us for our FREE community event celebrating our members. Come and enjoy hamburgers, chips, and drinks!

Healthy Kids Day® was one for the books! 💥
From games and activities to community resources and smiling faces all around, it was incredible to see our families come together to celebrate wellness, connection, and fun.

A huge shoutout to our Teen Board for bringing this event to life — your ideas and leadership made it all possible! 💙

Thank you to everyone who joined us… we can’t wait to do it again next year!
