Dob Prostaff Jeremy Egley and Kale Burgdorf had a epic hunt this opening day of Illinois Spring Turkey Season. They doubled up opening morning!!! Birds covered 500 yrds in a matter of 10 mins the last 100 yrds in about 30 seconds. They had 4 longbeards come running into the decoys. Both Birds weighted 21.5 lbs had 10.5 inch beards and 1 inch spurs. Way to start the season off fellas!!

First Turkey Alert!!!! Dob Prostaff Kale Burgdorf daughter Farrah harvested this nice Illinois Longbeard this morning on her first ever turkey hunt. The bird wieghed 21.8 lbs had a 10.5 inch beard and a 1.5 spurs. Youth season can be tricky most years but she pulled it off first morning of Illinois Youth Season. Congrats Farrah B on your Harvest!!!!
