8-Weeks until Doubles - Pre-Season Strength/Power Block -6-Week Aerobic Block building underway (enhance lactate clearance) - high impact sports, demands the higher levels of force absorption capacity

1) Strong Muscles = Strong Tendons.. enhanced stretch/recoil for peaking

For the cleans, we have been setting up the guys in great position with proper progression to execute movement for triple extension. A big focus on the first week is incorporating tempos to emphasize proper technique and increase time under tension(TUT) to develop muscle mass. Building the base brick by brick!”
