At Bounce Back, we believe great coaching is about more than teaching skills. It’s about building confidence, encouraging kids when things get hard, celebrating their progress, and being someone they can look up to.

We’re looking for coaches who genuinely love working with kids and want to make an impact. Experience is a huge plus, but we’re also willing to train the right person who has the heart for it.

If you’re passionate about helping kids discover what they’re capable of, we’d love to meet you!

Money can’t buy happiness… but it can buy great gymnastics classes. And we think there’s a little more to those classes than just learning skills. 😉🤸‍♀️

At Bounce Back, we love watching kids grow in confidence, learn to persevere when something is hard, encourage their teammates, and discover the gifts and abilities God has given them.

The flips are fun, but the character they build along the way? That’s the part that really matters. ❤️

Maybe it’s the confidence to try something that once felt impossible.

Maybe it’s the courage to keep going when a skill doesn’t come easily.

Maybe it’s the friendships that turn a scary new skill into something worth celebrating.

Because sometimes the best part of learning a new skill isn’t just landing it.

It’s looking around and hearing your friends cheering you on. 🥹🤸‍♀️

We want our gymnasts to leave with more than stronger bodies and new skills. We want them to know they are capable, brave, supported, and surrounded by people who are genuinely excited to see them succeed.

The back walkover is pretty awesome.

But the confidence to try, the courage to keep going, and the friends cheering you on?
