On behalf of Me and Homebody Fitness, we would like to extend our appreciation to Vanessa for entrusting us in helping her achieve her goals and attain the 500 lb club! Through 8 weeks of programming and form adjustments, we successfully raised her numbers beyond her expectations!

Squat of 163 lbs ➡️ 199 lbs
Bench Press of 88 lbs ➡️ 111 lbs
Dead Lift of 225 lbs ➡️ 245 lbs
Total: 476 lbs ➡️ 554 lbs
