Last WOD in the books. 🥲🇬🇧

Coach Chris, you’ve pushed us through more burpees, and more “one more rep” than we can count — and somehow made all of it feel like fun. Thursday wasn’t just a workout, it was a goodbye to a coach who became family.

England is lucky to have you. This gym won’t be the same without you, but we know you’re going to crush it wherever you land.

We love you, we’ll miss you, and don’t you dare skip leg day over there. 💙
