Ok. We are getting ready to start something at the Gym to help St. Jude kids. If you have a Healthy kid please hold them tight and thank God for their Health, but there are so many that are out there that need help. I am asking our community the help. If you have someone you would like to honor please do it with this. Anything helps. You can scan the QR code and the money goes straight to St. Judes. Any donation help. So if you would like to help please let me know. I know they would appreciate it. Thank you so much.

I hope each and everyone has a Healthy and Merry Christmas Remember to keep your love ones close and tell them you love them. Have fun and keep Jesus in your heart and be kind to each other. Also remember get back on track and hit the gyms and start back where you left off. It is never to late. 💪

Our thoughts and prayers are going out to all the friends and family in Kentucky that have lost love ones during this storm. My heart is broken. Please pray for everyone working this and all involved.
