Norris Lake in Tennessee doesn’t just offer unique caves you can swim into along the shoreline...it’s packed with adventure from end to end. You’ll find cliffs for jumping, rocky ledges for diving, and some of the clearest turquoise water in the Southeast. Set deep in the Appalachian Mountains of East Tennessee, the lake runs 73 miles up the Clinch River and 56 miles along the Powell River, with nearly 800 miles of winding shoreline. It’s a favorite spot for boating, tubing, skiing, and exploring hidden coves.
