Hope everyone’s enjoying the new equipment at the gym. I do have one request the pin for the leg press seems to go missing quite often. It has an orange k**b on it. If anybody finds it, please put it back in the leg press and please don’t take it out

Update on the windows for the gym they will be in in the next couple of weeks. Also, the large piece of equipment with the pulleys will be taken down next Friday or Saturday and replaced the following Friday with a more updated piece of equipment.

Hi, I’m looking for somebody to help me come clean up a very, very small backyard to get ready for spring planting

The front window of the gym has broken. We’ve placed plywood over it for now. Please be aware there could be pieces of glass at the gym that I’ve not been able to get up. I will go down in a few minutes and do a thorough cleaning. Please leave shoes on and be careful we will get it repaired as soon as possible.

Not sure why I should even have to say this, but if you are visiting La Cygne health and fitness use the front door only for entrance and exit someone has been using the back door and leaving it open
