🔥 Team Wisconsin Keeps Rolling in Freestyle! 🔥

The 16U Team Wisconsin Freestyle Team continued its strong start at the 16U National Duals with a convincing 46-30 victory over Utah Gold! 💪🦡

Wisconsin has now picked up back-to-back wins in Freestyle competition and continues to build momentum as they work through a tough field of the nation's best wrestlers.

Next up, Team Wisconsin will take on Illinois in another key dual.

🏁 WHAT A WEEK FOR TEAM WISCONSIN! 🏁

The 14U Team Wisconsin National Duals squad wrapped up competition with a hard-fought 39-34 victory over Iowa to claim 5th place in the Freestyle National Duals in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

After falling to Iowa earlier in the tournament by the same 39-34 score, Team Wisconsin got its revenge when it mattered most, closing out the week with a win and a top-five national finish.

🏆 4th Place in Greco-Roman
🏆 5th Place in Freestyle

What an accomplishment for this group of wrestlers and coaches. Competing against the best teams from across the country and finishing in the top five in both styles is something to be proud of.

A special congratulations to Richland Center Wrestling Club wrestlers Kashton Larson and Landon Kajewski for earning the opportunity to represent Team Wisconsin on the national stage and contributing to an outstanding week of competition.

The 16U Team Wisconsin Freestyle Team opened competition in impressive fashion with a 48-24 victory over Connecticut at the 16U National Duals in Farmington, Utah! 💪🦡

After an outstanding National Runner-Up finish in Greco-Roman, Team Wisconsin is carrying that momentum into Freestyle and looking to make another deep run.

Next up, Wisconsin will take on Utah Gold as pool play continues.

🚨 TEAM WISCONSIN IS WRESTLING FOR 5TH PLACE! 🚨

Team Wisconsin picked up a big 47-27 victory over Illinois in the Gold/Silver Pool at the 14U National Freestyle Duals in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

The win advances Wisconsin to the 5th-place match, where they'll get another shot at Iowa after a narrow 39-34 loss earlier in the tournament.

TEAM WISCONSIN UPDATE!

Our wrestlers continue to battle on the national stage, and we're proud of the fight they're showing every time they step on the mat!

The 14U Team Wisconsin National Team fell to Pennsylvania Blue last night, 44-30, and dropped a tough dual this morning to California Gold, 50-21. While the results didn't go their way, these wrestlers continue to compete against some of the best talent in the country and are gaining valuable experience every match!

Next up, Team Wisconsin takes on Illinois as they continue Gold/Silver Pool competition. Let's rally behind Landon Kajewski, Kashton Larson, and the entire 14U squad as they look to bounce back!

Meanwhile, the 16U Team Wisconsin National Team kicks off Freestyle competition today! They have earned a first-round bye and will face the winner of Connecticut vs. Hawaii in their opening dual. Good luck to Ayden Ewing and the entire 16U team as they begin their freestyle run!

Team Wisconsin came up just short against Iowa, falling 39-34 in a tightly contested dual at the 14U National Freestyle Duals in Wesley Chapel, Florida.

Despite the loss, Team Wisconsin's strong performance in pool competition earns them a spot in the Gold/Silver Pool, where they will continue to face some of the nation's top teams.

Next up for Team Wisconsin is Pennsylvania Blue.

🥈🤼‍♂️ National Runner-Up in Greco! 🤼‍♂️🥈

The 16U Wisconsin National Greco Team came up just short in the National Championship Dual, falling to Pennsylvania 41-34 to finish an outstanding tournament as the National Runner-Up.

What an incredible run for Team Wisconsin, battling through a tough field and earning a 2nd-place finish in the nation in Greco-Roman competition. The Richland Center Wrestling Club is proud of Ayden Ewing and all of Team Wisconsin for their effort, toughness, and determination throughout the tournament.

With Greco complete, the team's focus now shifts to Freestyle competition, which begins tomorrow. The opportunity for another great national finish is right in front of them.

Congratulations on an amazing Greco tournament, and good luck to Ayden and Team Wisconsin as they hit the mats again tomorrow! 💪🦡🤼‍♂️
