A legend and our friend!

Today we’re giving a special shoutout to a true Mt. La Crosse legend : Artski! 🎿❄️

If you’ve spent any time on the hill, you know the name. Artski brings energy, heart, and a whole lot of hometown pride to Mt. La Crosse. He's a virtual skiing encyclopedia of all things Mt. La Crosse and is always willing to jump in a photo when we need a smiling face.

Thank you, Artski, for your continued support and for being such a great sport. We’re lucky to have you repping Mt. La Crosse with style and spirit!

This blue canvas first aid kit belonged to William “Bill” Lieder, who volunteered on the Mt. La Crosse Ski & Snowboard patrol for 25 years. His work focused on injury prevention and emergency response, helping ensure injured skiers made it safely down the hill. The kit, marked with a National Ski Patrol patch, includes rolled bandages and would have been worn at the hip. Off duty, Bill and his wife Verlyn were both active on the slopes at Mt. La Crosse.
