Welcome to Plates Nutrition and Fitness! Our fitness center promotes a healthy lifestyle by utilizing the gym and healthy eating habits. We have an open gym with several machines, weight racks, and free weights. We also have a turf area and cardio room with treadmills, stationary bikes, and stairmasters to name a few. Located on the other side of the gym, we have our very own restaurant specializing in nutritious meals that are high in protein, low in fat, and always delicious. We hope you enjoy our facility!
