Before you pour the next one, ask yourself:
→ Am I doing this for me, or for them?
→ Would the version of me I'm becoming drink this?
→ Who would still show up if I ordered water tonight?
→ Is this really doing me or my business, or myself or loved ones any real service?
Sit with those for a second. They tell you everything.
To my musicians, my artists, my creators — the lie is that the bottle fuels the craft. That you need it to get loose, get vulnerable, get to where the real work lives. But every session you show up sober, every set you play clear, every track you write awake — that's the version of you the world actually came to hear.
The art doesn't need the alcoh¢l. The art needs you. Fully here. Fully present. Fully tuned in.
You tell yourself it's a social lubricant. That it makes you funnier, looser, easier to be around. But half the time, you're not drinking because you want to — you're drinking because they need you to.
Your "yes" makes their "yes" feel safer.
That's the trap.
You might be wondering — what does drinking have to do with anything?
Everything.
Here at Revamped Optimal Training, we're about being the best versions of ourselves we can be — in body, spirit, and mind. And the version of you without alcoh¢l shows up sharper. Your art hits harder. Your business runs at a higher octane. You sleep deeper, think clearer, build faster.
That's not weakness. That's the upgrade.
You were never their company. You were always your own.
Save this. Send it to someone who needs it.
