Not gonna lie — when my landlord at our La Cañada gym told me he’d received a Letter of Intent from a larger retailer and wouldn’t be renewing our lease, I was scared, angry, and honestly heartbroken.

After a few tears (and a few long talks with my closest people), I realized something: this was the universe’s not-so-subtle way of pushing me out of my comfort zone.

✨ On December 2nd, we officially open Rise & Grind in the old Montrose Bike Shop.
We’re coming home to Montrose — the place where it all began back in the Function & Fitness days (huge thank-you to Christine Clark for laying the foundation of our FitFam).

Rise & Grind is the next evolution of what we’ve built with Rose Gold Fitness:
→ The same incredible coaching and community you know and love
→ Expanded training options including open gym access
→ And yes… a coffee cart + reception lounge to fuel your grind ☕️

Even more exciting — is officially joining me in ownership, which makes this next chapter even more meaningful.

The success of this space will always be measured by your success — our clients, our community, our FitFam — chasing goals, getting stronger, and showing up for yourselves every day.

So, Montrose… we’re back. And honestly? I think we’re about to be better than ever. 💪☕️
