Some dance therapy with these amazing ladies!! 🙌♥️💪🏽🥰

Y’all! Confession Alert from a fitness instructor!!! I kicked my own butt (or my legs in the butt) tonight with all the squats!! It was only ONE squat routine, and I’m gonna feel it in the morning!! Getting back on track after the holidays has been a REAL struggle, I know not just for me, right?! But these gals did GREAT! 💪🏽🙌
