Ok. So I see that some people wanted to be on the accountability zoom last week. To make up for it, I’m going to try offering it twice a month.

Next call will be on Sunday, March 3 at 6p CST.

This is for any nutrition client, camper, anyone who isn’t officially a member of cg but interested, and trainers as well. We will be talking mainly about how to stick with whatever it is you’re doing, so it’s accessible for anyone.

If you want to attend, let me know and I’ll add you to the calendar invite!

Apologies, but due to illness I’m not going to have my morning camps tomorrow. So Tobias 445a, online 645a and 745a will not be running. I’ve been sick all weekend and thought I’d be all the way better, but I’m just not there yet.

If you’re on my email list I will be sending some recorded workouts in just a few minutes.

I am planning to run my PM camps though: Online 230p, Tom Green 5p, and Tobias 635p.

Crazy day Monday.

Went from rainy, to cold, to windy and cold, to…wind.

The only reason I got out of bed this morning was to see how far my truck had been blown down the street.
