Slow down, soften, and give yourself permission to simply receive.
This deeply nourishing class combines the gentle support of restorative yoga with the healing energy of Reiki. We will settle into a series of fully supported restorative poses, allowing the body to release tension while calming the nervous system. As you rest, you will receive gentle Reiki assists, helping encourage energetic balance, relaxation, and a greater sense of well-being.
This practice is designed to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and create space for the body's natural healing processes. No experience with yoga or Reiki is necessary- just come as you are, ready to rest, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
Leave feeling grounded, peaceful, and renewed in body, mind, and spirit.
