Important reminder as we move into a new year!

I don't have it all right all of the time. I believe knowing that and always looking for ways to improve is part of my super power.

I am always open to hearing different opinions, thoughts and ideas. That doesn't mean I will agree necessarily, but it may shift my perspective.

Loving yourself is so important. And from my experience, the more self aware you are, the more that self love grows and self respect is born. With self respect comes confidence.

With all of that you have an arsenal of super powers to take you anywhere in this life you want to go!

7 years ago today I put the very first note in Thomas Shane Kirkham lunch. That small act started an incredible journey for the two of us in our love story and touched the lives of so many it is nearly unfathomable. I am so deeply grateful we have those memories! And he kept EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!! 💙💙💙
