More BJJ Class Times!!

Starting the week of Jan 19, we will be adding BJJ classes during the week on Monday and Wednesdays.

Mon and Wed will be Gi Classes. 5:30 kids & 6:30 adults.

Tue and Thu will be No-Gi Classes. 5:30 kids & 6:30 adults.

We are also adding open mat classes on Saturdays at 9:00 am - 10:00 am. All ages with Gi or No-Gi.

Monday the 19th is a holiday, we will have a Gi classes on Friday the 25th (to help prep for the tournament that weekend).

New BJJ and Kickboxing Coach starts Thursday.

I am happy to announce that Zack Brennan from Next Generation MMA in Frisco will be joining us for our classes on Tue and Thu for Muy Thai and BJJ (no-gi).

We will be making a small change to the schedule per Zack’s request. Muay Thai will start at 5:00 and BJJ at 6:00.
