ZBROZ UTV Billet Reservoir End Caps for FOX 2.5”Shocks feature a Shrader Valve nozzle and are built with a recessed sleek design making it much easier to service your shocks and prevent damage to the valve.

To replace the Fox 2.5”” Reservoir Caps, follow these instructions:

1. Remove the allen screw in the reservoir cap. This will release the nirtrogen. (NOTE: The shock is under pressure there may also be a small amount of oil.)
2. Push down on the reservoir cap until it goes into the reservoir to expose the circlip. You may need to tap on the reservoir cap with a deadblow hammer.
3. Remove the circlip that retains the reservoir cap.
4. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the stock reservoir cap. (NOTE: A small amount of oil in the reservoir is normal but if you have a large amount your shock is probably blown and needs a service.)
5. Push the new reservoir cap into the reservoir and replace the circlip.
6. Charge shock to 190 PSI with nitrogen.

Repeat the process on all shocks. (NOTE: Local shops should be able to recharge your shocks with nitrogen. This must be done while the shock is at full extension. You can get by with air if you need but this is not a long term solution. Nitrogen behaves differently than air at different altitudes and temperatures.)

Yes we do service and re valve Walker Evans and Fox products, most of the time they need lots of attention but not always. When we do a service and re-valve, we are inspecting every single part of the shock and replacing seals and oil. Sometimes we replace the complete valving piston with our own Exit design and we’re always doing different valving along with putting new more correct spring rates back on your shocks. This particular customer had some shocks that were in major need of service, but we found other problems..as you can see 😬🤫 don’t worry we got your back and can make them better than new 👊

Where has the time gone? Today marks 5yrs in business "officially" as Mountain Side Performance!

We want to thank everyone who believed in us from the start and has stuck by our side. We are beyond grateful because without you, we could not do this!

As a customer and good friend of ours would say, "To the moon" with what we're doing and where we're going!

Thank you all!

While we wait to see what Arctic Cat brings to the '27 lineup, we want to hear your thoughts on the Polaris and Ski-Doo releases? Are you snow checking, going after a hold over, keeping what you currently have or buying something used??

Let's hear it!
