FIT Force 3 Kokomo F.I.T. Force 3 is a fitness ministry that focuses on getting women fit in their mind, body & spirit. This is a free class.

We meet at Abundant Life Church at the Kokomo Campus every Tuesday in the Café at 6:00pm. F.I.T Force 3 is a fitness ministry that focuses on fitness for your mind, body and spirit. We host local dance fitness classes to fun and funky uplifting music and encourage women to get fit and free from the inside out through devotions, building friendships and showing love! Our classes are FREE but we keep them going through donations! $5 suggested donation per class for those who are able to give!
