Here's our short heat race from yesterday at Kokomo

Well, not the way we wanted the night to end. Struggled in qualifying with not having full throttle range, got that fixed for the heat race.
Heat race we rolled off 11 out of 11, top 4 transfer so we were just hoping to make up spots to make a solid run in the B. Made it 3 laps, got to 10th, and had a driver in front of us drive from the bottom to the top of the track with nowhere for us to go. Hit them, and then the wall trying to avoid them.
Cool track to race at, would be nice to come back and get a full night of racing in.
Not the way we want to end the season, but we'll get the car all fixed up and ready to go for 2026. Cannot thank everyone enough that has put time and effort in to make this year possible, as well as everyone that came out to support!

One last raceday for the team! We'l were going to race at Waynesfield but they had to cancel, so we're here at Kokomo Speedway to see what we can do!

Well, we were here debuting our new Putnam County Performance sticker! Made it here through rain, got all unloaded and unfortunately the track took too much water and wasn't drying out soon enough. They made a good effort to try to get the race in but we're headed home with a clean car tonight. Oh well, we'll try again another day.

We'll be taking the Modified to Montpelier tomorrow! It's been a while since the last time we had the car out. This race and October 11th at Waynesfield is all we're planning for the rest of the year, so we're hoping to make them good ones!

No racing for us on the team today, but! We will have guest driver and sponsor Alan Brickner piloting the aC4 tonight! Should be a good race with a tight points battle to end the season!

Last raceday of the 2025 season is here. Smokestacks will be on site slinging some bbq. Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Post season party with Copper Creek Road on the John Kreinbrink Construction, Roofing, Pole Barns and Sheds main stage.

It was another wash day today. A little recap of last night's race at Putnam International Trailway:
In qualifying the aC4 broke the track record to set the new time at 12.029!
The heat races were going to be head to head duels and in the feature there was going to be a choose cone. As the quick time winner we were offered to either skip the duels and pick 3rd in the feature, or race in the 5th heat against the 4th and 5th qualifiers. We chose to go straight to the feature.
We rolled in to the feature and ended up choosing outside second row. Once the race started we got off to a hot start by following the 33 to second place. Another 2 or 3 laps and we made the pass for the lead. From there the car had plenty of grip and speed to cruise to a victory!
It was a great night for the team!

We're out here for potentially our team's last race at the Putnam International Trailway for the year. We also have a new sticker to debut!

Wash day today!
Final recap of the year for Limaland:
Last week was the last points race and we ended up finishing 14th overall on year! It was hot laps and then a pill draw for the feature. We had made some changes to try out for the night, and our Hot Laps time was better than it has been all year at a 15.3 which was around 12th fastest out of the 18 invitational cars.
The pill draw put us starting 14th in the field. Driver made a bit of a mistake on turn 1 to put us at the back, a restart on lap 1 had us starting towards the tail of the field. The car was competitive and we slowly worked our way forwards, and after another couple restarts we found ourselves making a couple passes on the outside to move up to 7th. One more caution while we were running 7th and we had a wheel failure end our night.

Here's a couple pictures of the wheel, we're not quite sure why it gave up. It's our only chrome wheel that we got when we initially bought the car. We've run this weel a few other times and once this year and hadn't had any problems.

We apologize to the team that got the worst of it when they hit our wheel that came off. We're glad he's okay.

We're going to take the time to double check all other wheels that we have for any flaws they may have, since we don't have a good way to know how old any of the ones that came with the car are. We'll do everything we can to make sure all our equipment is race ready before we go back out to race anywhere else.

We're here for the last night of the season! We ran a 15.3 in qualifying which is about 12th out of 18.
Pill draw for the feature puts us starting 14th.

We're back on track this week with getting the car all washed up today! Recap of last night at Limaland:
It was the final points race and we qualified 19th out of 22. In the heat race we started 6th and finished 7th after not quite being able to get things figured out. Everyone went to the feature so we started 19th. Car was feeling good starting out and keeping pace with the field. Driver thought he saw cars begin to spin so jammed the brakes and spun out, ended up getting hit and getting straightened back out with the car staying running. Jumped back in the gas and got in to a nice groove, making up ground and was closing in on trying to make a pass when the caution came out on lap 18. Restarted 15th, got passed by 1 car but we were able to pass the car that started in front of us to finish 15th.
Overall a fun night and cannot thank everyone that has put time and effort in to getting this car to the track all year long!
