A repost from last January. Wood skate bodies make a lot of sense. Scarpa F1 boots float a blade and bindings. Ergo the skate body doesnt really need to float itself, it just works better when it doesnt sink. When your fleet float to the surface its a lot easier to self rescue. MOV is about the sound of woodies on some decent ice. Our season approaches. Like a new life, the spring crocus, snow drops, but its the cold breath of frost we revel.
