Crestwood Hills Swim Team The Wahoos have been making memories, having fun, and learning life skills for 50 years and counting! Our pool is one of the premier team pools in the area.

The Crestwood Hills Swim Team participates in a Knoxville TN summer swim league called GKAISA. Our team will have one intra-club meet, five interclub swim meets, participate in one invitational, and the season will culminate at the GKAISA sponsored City Championships. Our team promotes fun in a safe environment while providing an introduction to competitive swimming and instruction to help our swi

mmers improve their stoke technique, starts and turns, and conditioning. The Crestwood Hills Swim Team hosts swim meets and practices daily (M-F) at the Crestwood Hills Recreation Center’s pool located in west Knoxville. It has six 25-Yard lanes that are wide and separated by wave quelling lane lines. The pool is deep enough for good flip turns, dive starts on both ends, and yet shallow enough for the safety and comfort of the younger swimmers. The pool, pool deck, and surrounding areas are well cared for by our pool manager and life guards. It is spacious and able to support interclub (two teams) meets easily. There are swim team only memberships for those who are only interested in the swim team. The Recreation Center also has affordable family rates (and other packages) for those interested in joining a family friendly pool for the summer.

Right now the pool is on thunder delay until 6:30, the radar isn’t looking to good so the first practice is canceled, and I will keep you posted for the second afternoon session.

Hey swim fans!

I wanted to give everyone a heads up. That half of the front parking lot will be closed tomorrow to have a dead tree removed in the Center Island. Additional parking is available behind the tennis courts. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

We're excited to add a little extra fun to our Fridays this swim season!

Join us after practice each Friday for our Pop-Tastic Fridays series. These are simple, fun treats and activities designed to celebrate our swimmers, encourage team spirit, and make summer even more memorable.

Just a few announcements and reminders before our season begins

📢Last call for swim team merchandise is this Friday, May 22nd. Our swim team merchandise is a great way to show support for our team and it such a great design again this year. Merchandise can be purchased via swimtopia.

💰If you or anyone you know is interested in being sponsor this year we would greatly appreciate that. If you are interested please email Tracy Aiello at [email protected] by Friday May 22nd. Sponsorships of $250 and above will receive $50 off their registration

🎟️Stroke turn officials are needed again this year. If you need to re-certify or are looking to be a stroke turn official for the first time please email [email protected] where they will provide you with a passcode and then follow this link Stroke and Turn to take the course.

😎Swim test is this Friday May 22nd starting at 9:30 am
