We are here for ALL fitness levels and offer an inclusive workout that will challenge you and cater to you, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Neighborhood Barre™ is a unique workout that combines the elements of dance conditioning, pilates, and yoga to create what is commonly referred to as a “dancer’s physique”. The technique primarily uses small isometric movements to carve and sc

ulpt the muscles of the arms, legs, seat, and abs. Each set of exercises is followed by a series of stretches to shape the muscles, making them long and lean. The Neighborhood Barre™ workout is suitable for both male and female patrons and can be performed by a wide range of ages. It can be used as either a primary fitness program, or as a complement to an existing program. Body positioning is taught in each class in order to maximize the benefit of the exercises, as well as insure safety of the lower back. All movements are low impact, easy on the joints, and help to improve posture and balance. When done consistently, muscles will become toned and lifted, and overall energy and metabolic levels will improve. The mission of Neighborhood Barre™ is to offer all clients, whether beginner or advanced, a quick and effective way to transform their bodies. The studio will evoke a sense of comfort and encouragement in our clients' quest for improvement, free of judgment and comparison.

𝐓𝐎𝐍𝐄•𝐅𝐈𝐑𝐌•𝐁𝐔𝐑𝐍 is Neighborhood Barre's annual 28-day Fitness Challenge.

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞?
Choose your Challenge and take as many classes as you want or need in 28 days.

💜Tone - 3 classes a week
💚 Firm - 4 classes a week
💜 Burn - 5 classes a week

The Challenge is 4-weeks and starts January 16th. Everyone is encouraged to sign-up & kick off the new year with us!
